Strict Finality
Due to the cryptographic nature of payments and instant bot deployment, all transactions are final once confirmed.
External Variables
No refunds are issued based on search engine ranking or indexing results, as these are controlled by third-party algorithms.
1. Credit Allocation & Usage
When you purchase credits on Apex Indexer, they are instantly added to your cryptographic balance. Once a credit is consumed to initiate a bot-triggering protocol for a URL, that transaction is **irreversible**.
We do not provide refunds for unused credits older than 30 days or for accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.
2. Performance Disclaimer
Apex Indexer guarantees that our bots will attempt to trigger search engine crawlers for your submitted URLs. However, we **do not guarantee**:
- Successful indexing by Google, Bing, or any other engine.
- Improvement in search engine result pages (SERP) ranking.
- Specific crawl frequency or bot visit counts.
Refund claims based on "lack of indexing" or "no ranking improvement" are invalid and will be automatically denied.
3. Policy Violations & Bans
ZERO REFUND POLICY FOR VIOLATIONS.
If an account is banned, restricted, or purged due to a violation of our **Terms of Governance** (e.g., submitting illegal URLs, banned keywords, or malicious metadata), all remaining balances and active requests are forfeited. No refunds will be provided in these scenarios.
4. Internal Technical Faults
In the rare event of a verified internal technical failure where our infrastructure fails to initiate a bot-triggering protocol, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a credit-back to your account balance.
*Verified faults exclude downtime of third-party search engines or regional internet outages.
5. Dispute Resolution
By making a purchase, you agree to contact our support triage first for any billing discrepancies. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without prior consultation is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Apex Indexer maintains total control over its financial credit ecosystem. All refund decisions are final and subject to the governing bot-triggering standards of our platform.
