Liability Isolation
We are not liable for data leaks originating from submitted URLs. Our infrastructure only interacts with public metadata vectors.
1. Legal Waiver & Binding Arbitration
READ THIS CAREFULLY: YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO BRING CLASS ACTION SUITS OR JURY TRIALS.
By using Apex Indexer, you agree that any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through individual binding arbitration. You explicitly waive the right to participate in any collective legal action, class action, or representative proceeding against Apex Indexer or its operatives.
2. Service Boundaries & Responsibility
Apex Indexer acts solely as a technical intermediary. We do not take responsibility for:
- Discovery Failure: URLs that remain unranked, uncrawled, or unindexed by third-party search engines.
- Data Compromise: We do not "look inside" your website. If your website suffers a data leak, Apex Indexer and its bots are not liable as they only process publicly available Meta Data.
- Third-Party Actions: Penalties or bans issued by search engines against your domain or IP range.
3. Content Legality & Monitoring
Each individual, business, or organization is **solely responsible** for the legality of the content found on their submitted URLs. While we respect privacy, you agree to:
Banned Keyword Tracking
Our bots reserve the right to track and scan public meta-tags for banned keywords or restricted content. If found, your URL will be purged and your account may be permanently terminated without notice.
You emphasize and confirm that you understand and will only submit legally valid website URLs. We are not liable for any content hosted on your infrastructure.
4. Finality of Payments
Due to the cryptographic nature of our payment systems and the instantaneous allocation of indexing resources, all sales are final.
- • No refunds for indexing failures (as we do not control search engine algorithms).
- • No refunds for banned accounts resulting from Terms of Use violations.
- • No refunds for de-indexing events initiated by third-party entities.
5. Modification of Protocols
Apex Indexer reserves the right to update these terms to reflect changes in global legal mandates or search engine API updates. Continued use of the platform constitutes "Active Acceptance" of the most recent governing protocol.

Apex Indexer operates under strict legal isolation. All interactions are subject to the governing law of our operational jurisdiction. Failure to comply with metadata standards results in immediate protocol severance.
